How to add a product to my shopping basket ?
On the product page of the E-Snake site, select the color :
And click on the purple button “Add to the basket”.
A confirmation window tells you that the product has been added to your shopping basket. Once you have completed your shopping :
– if you are already a customer, just identify yourself
– if you are not a custumer, enter personnel information to create an account.
– if you want to add other products to your basket, click «Continue shopping».
What is the ordering process?
After you add one or more products in your shopping basket, ordering takes place then in 4 steps :
- Your shopping basket
Step 1 displays the contents of your basket.
At this stage you can change the contents of your basket (add or remove articles), continue with your order by logging via your customer account or without creating an account. Or you can also go back to the website to continue shopping.
- Contact information
An E-Snake account is not necessary to proceed with your order. If you have no account, you can create nevertheless one.
However it is necessary to provide your personal information for delivery and payment.
Now you can view the order summary and enter a promo code if you have one.
By credit card you are redirected to the payment platform which is secured by our partner PayPal, one of the world leaders in online secure payment.
You provide your credit card number, the expiry date and the 3 digit code at the back of the card. The data are automatically encrypted before being sent : the data are not forwarded through the E-snake system. If you choose to register the details of your credit card for a later purchase, E-Snake keeps no bank data ! PayPal takes care of everything.
If you choose to pay with your PayPal account, you are redirected to the PayPal site where you specify your username and your password. In any case, E-Snake has access to your payment information, only managed by PayPal.
- It’s over!
Your order number is displayed on the screen and an email confirmation indicates that your order has been taken into account.
After validation of your order by our services, you directly receive the invoice by e-mail. The products are usually shipped within 48 hours. We will inform you by e-mail of its transmission with the tracking number of the package.
How to use a promo code ?
In Step 1 of the shopping basket (step 1: Shopping basket), enter your promo code, then click “Apply promo code”to make the offer or price reduction appear in your shopping basket.
How can I pay ?
The payment of your purchases is only possible by credit card through the secure payment society PayPal and you don’t need to have a PayPal account.
Which currencies do you accept ?
All prices are in Euros (all taxes included). If you make a purchase from another country than France/Europe ??????, the payment service (Bank) that you use will change the local currency into Euros, based on the exchange rate of the day.
How is my payment secured ?
The E-SNAKE site uses PayPal to protect all data related to personal information and means of payment.
Why should I provide a payment and delivery address ?
The payment address must give the identity and the contact information of the person who places the order.
The delivery address must present the identity and the contact details of the person who receives the order. So you can deliver your order to someone you know, at your office or on your holiday place.
When will my credit card be charged ?
The card is charged when PayPal has confirmed the payment.
What to do if my card payment is declined ?
Several reasons can cause the failure of the payment : the most common reason is when you exceed the payment limit of your card. This may be reached quickly after some expenses. It does not depend of the funding of your account. Contact your bank for more information.
Can I be delivered out of metropolitan France and what is the amount of the delivery costs ?
Free delivery for shipments to France (including the DOM, St. Martin, St. Barthelemy, St. Pierre and Miquelon) and Monaco. Additional cost will be requested to send abroad, a scale will be automatically applied when placing your order.
How soon will I get my delivery ?
The products are usually shipped within 48 hours. After validation of your order, we will send you by e-mail the tracking number of the package so that you keep track of your order. The delivery by the post takes approximately 2-3 days ( except overseas and foreign countries).
Will the information I provide remain confidential ?
In accordance with the provisions of the law No. 78-17 of the 6th January 1978 relative to computers, files and privacy, the requested information is necessary for the processing of your account creation and are intended for the E-Snake society. You have a right of access to this information. On request they can be communicated to you and in case of error or modification, they can be rectified.
The E-SNAKE site agrees not to market this information only intended for his own use.
How can I change my email address ?

Go to the customer area and click on “Forgot password ? ”.
Products and stocks
What happens if the product I ordered is not in stock?
It happens that some products are out of stock. In this case you will be informed of this temporary out of stock and we will give you a delivery date or we will offer you to replace it by an equivalent product. You have of course the choice to confirm the order, to change it according to our recommendations or to cancel it without any charge.
How do I return my product?
In accordance with the provisions of the article L.121 – 21 of the Code of consumption, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the reception of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify motives or to pay penalty.
Returns are to be made complete in their original package (packaging, accessories, note). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion can make the right of withdrawal fail.
The return costs are your responsibility.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the ECOSOLAR society will refund the paid sums within 14 days following notification of your request and via the same method of payment you used when ordering.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is not applied to articles and services provided for by the article L.121 – 21-8 of the Code of consumption.
